Chico, Long Beach, or Sacramento State University?

I want my Bachelor Healthare and still receive a Master of Public Health. I live in California and prefer to remain in the state. The three schools that offer the title Chico, Long Beach and Sacramento. What do you think the school offers the best program for this important or is it just the best option in general? What work would be deemed wise? Thanks! =)

In general, Long Beach and Sacramento Chico highest rank academically. Chico has a lot more about the residential campus environment and schools of two others. It is also easier to admission to Long Beach, if not go to school the CSU Long Beach "service area" local.
